Brand Strategy and Marketing Planning:

• Develop and execute the annual marketing and brand strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives. Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (offline and online) to enhance brand awareness, equity, and market share.

Digital Communication:

• Lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and website optimization. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling digital content tailored to the Polish market.

Product Pricing and Market Analysis:

• Support the development of competitive pricing strategies for products within the portfolio. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to provide pricing recommendations.

PR and Experiential Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the Marketing and PR Director on public relations initiatives, including press releases, media relations, and corporate communications. Coordinate and support experiential marketing activities, such as events, roadshows, and test drive campaigns, to engage consumers and enhance brand loyalty.

Our requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the automotive industry or FMCG.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance long-term brand vision with short-term tactical execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing market data, pricing strategies, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for Automotive: A genuine interest in the automotive industry and its trends
